The road so far:

No stranger to trouble, hard work and temporary homes, Walker’s stories are built on the move, by fire and rubber burnt on the road.
His music is a trail of dirt, rooted in western and outlaw tradition. His sound shaped by the wide, rugged landscapes of Monument Valley and the quiet weight of his small mountain foot home in Calabria, Italy.
It is in that small southern Calabrian town where the drive to follow his American roots re-ignited. Overnight, Walker left, left his notorious friends, his identity and headed back to the States… chasing dreams and ghosts.

For the past years, Walker has played in various bands, including his own current cover band, which he fronts, the New No.7’s. Exploring everything from classic rock to blues, country to soul, hardcore to funk, and Italian folk when nights felt blue and cold. That experience sharpened his musicianship, but the main focus has always been original music and having his own stories to tell.

Over the years, he’s been building a catalog of songs rooted in vintage 70’s appeal, motorcycle anthems and haunting stories shaped by a late night camp fire. These stories are now being tracked at Dirt Floor Recording and will be the turning point of his life.
His first debut EP titled “The Roadrunner”, will feature 5 distinct tracks that will encompass everything he loves about music: Freedom, Creativity, Connection.

Genre you ask? Walker doesn’t wish to be categorize…his music is mashup of tube driven blues, vocal country ragers, outlaw singer-songwriter acoustic rhythms and a lot of “Calabrese gypsy attitude”. It moves unpredictably and may change course over night.
His inspirations? Deeply rooted in the great bluesmen like Stevie Ray Vaughan, the outlaw storytellers like Waylon and Cash, the souther rocker sound of Skynyrd and Bros, the hot rod barbudos riffs of ZZ Top, Misty Mountain spellbinding Zeppelin tunes and vocal trailblazers like Stapleton and Cornell. As well as booty shakin’ soul anthems by James Brown, or the chillest vibes only Marley can gift.

From divers to casino stages, Walker has performed in all sizes with various talented musicians and experienced with genre mashing and styles. But at the end of the tunnel only a pair of leather boots, a cowboy hat and a whole lot of blues is the true nature of his roots! Roots that have grown from the Calabrian “briganti” mountains, the New England shores, to the dry open deserts plains of Arizona.
To whom reads this:
“My songs are for you to keep. To turn up when the rubber on the road burns hot from the heat or howl at the moon while the whiskey speaks. To help with the winter blues when at times we feel weak…but most importantly to love and help trail you closer to whomever or wherever you are meant to be.” – Walker Will 2/8/26
